Die Unterkunft war klasse! Mit dem Mietwagen war alles schnell erreichbar und die Beschreibungen von Maxine waren sehr hilfreich. Lorena Vorort war immer erreichbar und hat geholfen, wenn Fragen auftraten. Sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeber 💐 Dankeschön 🙏🏼

Het appartement van Felix is mooi, ruim, heeft een mooi balkon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prima bed! Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar zee. Goede restaurants zijn in de buurt. Alicante is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en we raden de B&B van Felix zeker aan!

Todo perfecto, Inma una buena anfitriona atenta. Se agradece llegar a una casa y contar con aceite, bolsas de basura, servilletas, fairy, gel, champú.. La casa está bien equipada. Camas de los dormitorios muy cómodas. Algo a tener en cuenta es que no tiene calefacción pero si un radiador eléctrico con ruedas para usarlo en la estancia que necesites. La urbanización tiene acceso por escaleras o por dos rampas empinadas de acceso de coches (nosotros que íbamos con carrito lo sufrimos un poco). Pero merece la pena. Recomendamos!

Notre séjour chez Juan s'est très bien passé. Il est très amical et disponible. L'appartement est idéalement situé prés de la plage et avec piscine commune. Très calme et paisible, idéal pour des vacances reposantes. Pour plus de facilité niveau logistique il est conseillé de disposer d'une voiture. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons les yeux fermés.

Como en casa! Estuvimos muy agusto con nuestro perrete, la verdad que tiene de todo y para pasar unos días está genial. Pudimos disfrutar de la piscina porque hacia muy buen tiempo. Cerquita hay una piscina para perros también :)

Lovely private place to spend time relaxing with family (4 adults & 4 children) with lots to do for the kids, not a single mention of them being bored throughout the whole 10 nights stay, which is highly unusual 😂 The outdoor BBQ area was the star of the show on most evenings! Just a few minutes drive to and from shops such as Carrefour and Aldi, so everything you could possibly need for your stay is easily accessible. The host is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive for any required needs. Would highly recommend this host and property to anybody wanting to stay in Elche for a relaxing time away from normality.

El piso se corresponde en todo con lo detallado, 3 cuartos amplios , 2 wc completos , salón con terraza… Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin problema. Todo muy limpio , camas cómodas . A la vuelta de la esquina hay un súper , 3 panadería/pastelerias, y un poco más adelante el paseo marítimo con infinidad de opciones para comer. Se encuentra en 2 fila al mar pero son 5 min andando y llegas a la playa , de arena y muy buena para niños. Tiene garaje para un coche grande que facilita todo. Roberto estuvo pendiente de nosotros y contestó rápido a mis preguntas. Tuvo flexibilidad en los horarios . Vino a darnos las llaves y enseñarnos todo el piso . Muchas gracias por todo y espero vernos pronto porque volveremos sin duda

En skøn lejlighed med masser af plads til to eller fire personer. Lejligheden fremstår yderst pæn og ren med en fantastisk udsigt og dejlig terrasse. Dejlig beliggenhed tæt på alt - restauranter, små hyggelige lokale spisesteder, indkøb af dagligvare og diverse butikker. Værten er meget og relevant kommunikerende. Man får alle nødvendige oplysninger. Udsøgt ophold til en rigtig god pris. Kan varmt anbefales.

A nice, peaceful location to stay. Large house located in a secure gated community. There were 9 of us and we all had a great time. Very responsive host who was there to assist if we had any questions or queries. He stayed up late and provide us with a detailed check- in at 11pm due to issues with our inbound flight. I would definitely recommended the property and I will be sure to stay there again during my next visit to Alicante
