The place was super nice. Super enjoy din kami dahil private ung place at tahimik. Makakapag relax and unwind ka talaga. Most of the places we went to were 5minute walk away (beach) or 1 tricycle ride away. Sobrang accessible nya may mga tinadahan din sa paligid and we feel very at home at their place. Will def recommend if you want a peaceful stay near the beach.

Excellent unit for family vacation. We appreciate Mikaella for being so responsive to our needs. Also, she exceeded our expectation. We never expect things like from welcome snack to overflowing toiletries, tissues, garbage bags, dish liquid soaps and bath towels. The unit was also clean and new. Overall, we are satisfied with the service that Mikaella have provided. Kudos to you and uour staff and may God bless your hotel a thousand folds.

Everything else was fantastic – the amenities were complete and top-quality. The place felt very secure, from the gate to the unit. Overall, I’d still give it a well-deserved 5 stars!

A great quiet place within walking distance of everything you could desire. The host and security there are very friendly and helpful when I had a few minor issues due to myself. Had a great long stay at Beatriz property. Hosts were very helpful and always responsive. location was in the heart of the city and everything I needed was within walking distance.

Experienced a nice, calm and peaceful stay indeed. With a picturesque veranda reminiscent of Tagaytay viewspots and a spacious place suited for a family on vacation. Pros: Picturesque veranda Spacious floor area Can accommodate up to 6 persons Very accommodating host & staff Tranquil mountainside surroundings Cons: Not suitable for partygoers - this is a family-oriented place of stay Private vehicle is recommended due to obvious lack of access to convenience stores and food variety around the area since this place is suitable for planned staycations

Nice, quiet and clean place. Natimingan lang na sira yung rice cooker pero nagamit naman namin sa lutuan nila. Very responsive naman yung nag aassist sa amin at sinabi naman nila saan kami bbili ng food before kami pumunta sa place. Next time na magsstay ulit kami sa Subic for sure dito ulit kami magstay. ☺️🫶🏻

Wir haben fast eine Woche in dem Sehr schön eingerichtetem Apartment verbracht, es war sehr schön und sauber. Die Einrichtung ist in gebrauchten, aber guten Zustand. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich, sind immer bereit zu helfen und Tipps für seinen Aufenthalt zu geben oder ein taxi zu organisieren.

Highly recommended place to stay for a vacation. The location is up in the hills, so you get to see the view of beach and and mountains. Also, the host is very responsive and accommodating, even let us have a late check-out.
