Newbury Cottage has 2 bedrooms (one en-suite cloakroom) a spacious living room with wood burning stove + a 50" Smart TV, a shower room & a full kitchen with dining area. Outside there is sheltered porch and ample off road parking large shared garden + laundry facilities. Location: Close to the A27 this is ideal for guests or business people who like to get quick access to explore the surrounding areas. You will need a car to get around.

Wisteria Lodge, is an annex to our home, an ideal location for exploring the South Coast and nearby National Parks. It is self-contained with its own front door, fast wifi ,complementary bottle of Prosecco and sole use of the spa. An ideal base if you are working in the Chichester or Portsmouth area. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.
