Chunshim: Main House Private Accommodation

Chunshim is located in the middle of downtown Chuncheon. It's up on a hill, so it can be hard to get in. 1.5 km from Namchuncheon Station It is located in a convenient place to go anywhere. I believe the power of travel. We support your healing, and we wish you a long warm memory in Chunshim! You can use all the indoor spaces (room 3, bathroom 3, kitchen, dining room, sunroom) and the main building that includes one rooftop, hut, and small lawn courtyard privately. However, there are other buildings besides the main house in the gate, so there are other guests leaving the yard. It is separated from the main house by a wooden fence. 1. Please book according to the number of guests. Entry is not allowed outside of the reserved number of guests, and even if you stop by for a while, be sure to ask for consent in advance. # # There is a cctv (4 units) in the entrance and common area. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Please use the bedroom and bathroom according to the number of guests. ♡♡♡If you need to sleep separately and need bedding other than the number of people, please tell us in advance. Available for 8 people. Mixed due to noise issues. Available for up to 2 friends (However, you can use it carefully) (Arane Rooftop). All spaces are private (4th floor ,5th floor, rooftop) When booking for 2 people, only the small room on the 4th floor out of a total of 3 rooms is not available. I'm a native host raising a child in Chuncheon. I want to provide a memorable place for people traveling to Chuncheon, and I decorated the accommodation with a private cafe and camping concept for families who can't travel and are only at home. @ Etiquette is a really quiet downtown residential area ~ Occasionally, if you think you will have a drink party until late at night and early in the morning, you will be harmed by the surrounding residents. Reservations are not possible. Please pay attention to noise when using the rooftop barbecue . This is a private accommodation that only one team can use. Use the entire rooftop on the 4th and 5th floors of the accommodation. (2 rooms, living room, kitchen, toilet on the 4th floor) (1 room, rooftop, toilet on the 5th floor) All electronics and accessories are newly prepared. There is a free parking space in the building and a vacant lot right next to it.

Spring, and Moon (Chunwol)

Chunwol is an accommodation where Chunsim, a cat host, lives together! Please refer to it in your reservation!! This place is very susceptible to noise. There are frequent complaints of noise after 10pm. Guests who are planning to party or drink and dance should think twice before making a reservation. There is a warm living room with a TV and sofa, and a queen-sized bed in each of the two rooms. The kitchen where you can cook simple dishes is equipped with simple tableware, cooking utensils, and spices. (Cooking grilled foods, maeuntang, and crustaceans with a lot of oil is not allowed_Please check the accommodation rules.) Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation building. If you smoke, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW, so please be careful when smoking:) Check-in time of the property is 3pm and check-out time is 11pm! It is a studio type with two single beds side by side, so it is basic for 2 adults, and can accommodate up to 4 people with extra bedding, and up to 4 people, including infants. Free for 2 years and under (up to 24 months), no extra bedding if free. You can see the beautiful sunset, full of red light when the weather is good. We provide breakfast for a fee.
