The place is located at the mangrove and bird sanctuary in Barangay Ginablan, twenty minute drive from the town. Day tour is open upon request of the guest extra fee will be charged.

We can arrange an early check-in or late check-out depending on the availability. This home may not be newly built, but we made sure that the basic ameneties are provided and that everything is clean and neat. We also manage a new beach house rental at a nearby island that we can offer a discount to.

We also have good internet connection except if there's typhoon or heavy rains. We consider early check-in for advanced booking since ferry from Manila arrives as early as 2am.

Our holiday home is located between Cajidiocan and San Fernando. Both about 8 km away. The guesthouse is well equipped and suitable for a longer stay as a self-catering, (We have lived in it for 15 months) and is about 70m from the beach in the middle of the countryside. There are shopping facilities in the suburbs or in the villages mentioned above. We are happy to help in the beginning.
