Rural house, pajara, just renovated in the countryside, inside a 10thousand mq olive tree grove with abreath-taking panorama. Nicely furnished,full equipped with air condition, a big outside private pool with hydromassage ( 3.5x11 m) and kitchen area with accessories. The pool is independent, heated all day and night ( 24-28 degrees) and just for the house, the only structure situated in the villa. The wifi is very good also for working inside the house. Only 5km far from famous turist sea-side

Cute little house in the green of olive trees with large terraces overlooking the sea. It has parking and private access to the sea. Ideal for a vacation in Salento, where you can enjoy the sea and the sun. Less than 1km from Acquaviva Cove, jewel of Marittima Marina and places of most interest in Salento such as Castro, Otranto and S.M.di Leuca. It is accessed with a private staircase and has a private entrance and reserved spaces. Outdoor shower with hot water, linens. Pets are not allowed.
