The apartment is on the second floor of our house. It is located 2.5 km away from the city of Preveza, 20km from the beautiful Lefkada, 45km from Parga and plenty tourist places in the area. The place is very close to the beautiful beaches of our city. It is just above the sea overlooking the Ionian Sea and the city of Lefkada, with three independent terraces. Unique view from the large balconies of the house. You can swim at the sea right in front of the house, ideal for scuba diving.
