Clifden, The Barn on the Wild Atlantic Way.

The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. Hi speed fibre optic internet. Sorry, not suitable for pets or children

The Studio On The Square

Located on The Town Square is our compact studio dating back to 1838 enjoys a southerly aspect and direct access to a private terraced patio with BBQ and original stone steps lead to the garden which has great views of Clifden Harbour. On our doorstep there are many bars, restaurants and shops. This studio is a real home from home where one can cook in the kitchen and sit by our solid fuel stove. We have a cast iron bath and an overhead electric shower where one can soak after a days touring

Very close to the sea! On the willd atlantic way.

Your own front door leads in to a open plan area with real turf fire, comfy sofa & armchair, a dining area, a small but perfect kitchen. The bathroom is adjacent. Upstairs in loft (low ceiling) there's a king size bed. Window looking out over the sea. We are 3 miles/4.82 kilometres from Clifden town where there are pubs, shops, hotels and music. This Apt/ house has a seaside location and is close to beautiful Omey Island. The national Park at Letterfrack. and many beautiful beaches.

Originally built in 1838, it's one of the oldest properties in Clifden. On the Wild Atlantic Way, close to the town center & set in the countryside we're in the ideal location. It's 1200m to Clifden, 10 min stroll to the nearest pub. 1 minute walk to the Connemara Rugby Club, 5 minute walk to the Greenway, as well as a 10 minute drive to Ballyconneely. It's great for scenic walks, beaches, golf, rugby, painting, fishing, running and cycling with direct access onto the cycle lanes.

The balcony is overlooking the Clifden Bay and a smooth green hill populated by sheep and a couple of ponies. The building is across from the Square and 2 mins away to the bus station on a street buzzing with shops, bars and restaurants. Parking is available on the spot for a few coins and free over the weekends and every day from 6 PM to 11.30 AM

Our apartment is located on the second floor of our property. It has two en suite bedrooms ,one has a queen bed and the other has a double and a single beds.Both have harbour views. It also has a fully fitted kitchen/living/dining area with all the mod cons and free wifi and parking outside. It is a quiet and comfortable apartment.
