We have called our place " Safe Haven" because we believe it is just that! A quiet place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada Geese and more. We also have a paved walking path across the street that leads you to a local Coffee Shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace. Located on Lake Allatoona. The Carriage House borders Corp of Engineers property. Take a 1 minute walk down a path to my dock. Fish, swim, kayak or bring a small boat. Lake Point Sports Complex is a convenient 20 minutes away. Visiting athletes will find the commute to Lake Point Sports pleasant through back roads. After a long day on the fields the quiet setting will provide much needed peace and quiet. Winter is peaceful with lovely light. Very private and quiet wooded setting.

The Nest is no-smoking and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. It is a peaceful getaway and great for a romantic weekend or quiet retreat. Canoes, kayaks, trails, and a fire pit are available plus the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Close to Serenbe, Newnan, and the Atlanta Airport. You’ll love my place because of the arty style, the peaceful vibe and the beautiful lake view. The cottage is on 34 private acres and directly behind the main lake house.

Adorable 5 star tiny house near square!

This unique place has a style all its own. This tiny jewel has taken on the theme of Hollywood of The South as numerous TV shows and movies have been and are still being filmed here. The whimsical decor makes you smile. The owners live in the main house and are available should you need anything. This is a very beautiful and SAFE neighborhood that is walking distance to the town square. We also offer private tours in our red golf cart!
