A peaceful cottage for independent living, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Pipehouse is a pretty hamlet and is ideally placed to discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, the Jurassic Coast, Wells and Cheddar. My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. There is a 2 night minimum requirement at weekends (ie: Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

The Annexe. Beautiful Location. Nr Bath

Located 8.5 Miles from the historical city of Bath the Annexe is full of character both inside and out. Once you have finished your morning coffee sat in the private garden with a variety of wildlife including pheasants, finches, Owls, squirrels and the occasional wondering Deer, why not hit the public footpath situated 200 metres from the property to hone your bird watching or foraging skills. Although only ten drive minutes from the centre of Bath and 20 minutes from Bristol it is set in beautiful countryside surrounded by rolling hills. It is a cosy single storey property with a luxuriously large corner whirlpool bath, gas fired 'wood burning stove' and pretty wrought iron bed.

Ideally situated in a countryside setting but only 10 minute drive by car or bus to the centre of Bath. The very spacious bungalow has just been totally refurbished to a high standard throughout and benefits from having its own private garden and courtyard. The owners live close by and should be on hand if you need any help. Check in is from 3pm and check out on the day of departure is 10am.
