The penthouse built in 2019 is located in a quiet side street directly in the city center of Kiel (within walking distance 3 minutes to the main train station). In addition to the 75 sqm large, bright, open and spacious living space, the apartment includes a large roof terrace and a balcony. The equipment and furnishings are super high quality. E.g. Senseo coffee maker, SodaStream, large fridge ... My guests can use the streaming services maxdome and amazone PRIME on the TV for free.

To the roof construction - Three rooms on the Baltic Sea

Minimum stay: 2 nights! Three rooms: A private bedroom, a private kitchen & a private bathroom in a beautiful village about 4 km from the beach. 3 people can also sleep in the room as it would be big enough. The third person would have to sleep on the sofa or on a mattress on the floor (in the same room). From here you can explore the Holstein Baltic Sea very well. To our family I, my wife and our two sons (7 years and 5 years) as well as our female dog belong to our family.

Hello and welcome to our cozy shabby-chic apartment, located in the middle of the beautiful Plöner lake landscape. Your domicile is located in the basement of our DHH, which is a house built on the slope and the apartment thus runs to the rear on the ground floor. So you still have daylight. The location is very quiet, rural. 200 meters to the lake in which can be bathed. 12km it is to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt) Lübeck 35km, Kiel 45km, Hamburg 85km. M assented with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/ kayaks is 15 km away. The next regional train can be reached in 9km. The landscape is hilly, forests, fields and lakes there are a lot.

Apartment "Familiennest" in Hohenfelde/Plön on the Baltic Sea. In a modernized farmhouse from 1910. Spacious, openly developed upper and attic with beautiful roof beam construction. Balcony view to the orchard with meadow and pond. Separate entrance/hallway, 1 bedroom parents with double and cot. 2 cosy dormitories under the roof with round windows, one for children (one bed 1.40m), and one for 2 young adults. Children's area can be separated by curtain.
