My flat has a great sense of space in a bustling city. 2m walk from Preston park station you can get into town in a few minutes and out if the crowds just as quick. 1 big double attic room and 1 big double Room. Both have double beds. A newly renovated kitchen and big lounge with views across the city. Recently renovated spacious garden that gets sun all day. If you are looking for a hotel, this is not for you. It’s our home so expect a “lived-in” feel. This is not a party flat.

Quiet, Sunny studio at the top of my charming Victorian terraced house. The room is spacious with en-suite shower room. There is a small kitchenette with fridge; tea and coffee making facilities and real coffee provided. All fresh linen and towels are provided. Large windows allow in plenty of natural light. A quiet location within a short walk or bus ride to the diverse restaurants and shops of the city of Brighton and Hove. Will take couples and single women only.
