On the ground floor there is an Urban Garden where you can enjoy the many varieties of medicinal plants, edibles and you can make organic crops for your personal use and enrich your stay. It is three blocks from Mercado Juárez or Mercado México, and a 20-minute walk from the historic center. We recommend that you can get around and get to know the city on foot, the apartment is perfectly located to experience Guadalajara, very close to the historic center, the Paseo Chapultepec, in a quiet, cultural and gastronomic area. Many of the attractions of our beautiful city can be enjoyed without spending your money with any means of transport. The feeling of living in the apartment is very pleasant and cozy when you open the windows and the space is one integrated with the terrace you will enjoy it very much. At night from the terrace you can observe in the distance the takeoff of the planes and it is a spectacle that you can enjoy. In the street of freedom or in the surroundings of the Juarez market (which from the terrace and turning left you will see it 2 blocks away), you can enjoy delicious breakfasts in multiple cafes, the vast majority have terraces with trees and plants, you will experience very pleasant and quiet moments.

The apartment is completely new and is located on the 5th floor of the French Circle building, with elevator from the basement. The furniture of the apartment is completely new, has air conditioning/heating, king size bed, one and a half bathrooms, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, bathroom with washer and dryer. Ideal to make your stay the most pleasant. Complete and exclusive apartment for our guests. Cable TV, Internet, air conditioning/heating. We have 24-hour security, basement parking, exclusive and private drawer. We love to support our guests whenever they require it with recommendations or tips for the best enjoyment of their visit in the city. The American Colony has cafes, restaurants, bars, gym, bookstores, banks, pharmacies and self-service shops. It is characterized by its tree-lined streets and pedestrian alleys, and on the bike path you can take a bike ride. The mobility in the area is unbeatable, we are one block from Av. Vallarta and on Lopez Cotilla street, which will make your mobility in the city much easier. We recommend the uber, mibici and we can gladly recommend public transport routes to move to any area.
