Upstairs both bedrooms benefit from their own en-suite shower rooms. The pretty gardens are home to numerous fruit and nut trees, and shared by the owners resident donkeys, chickens & cats

We are located in Southern Central France just North of the beautiful city of Limoges. Our large property is steeped in tradition initially housing staff for the Chateau and formally then a hotel. Our property is in a peaceful location with countryside garden views, yet just a few minutes' walk to two restaurants/ bars & five minutes’ walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat main square with its bars, restaurants, shops and train station giving access to Poitiers, Limoges & Paris. The pretty courtyard & large garden are home to fruit trees. With sun/ shade spots & wildlife.

We have a modern 2 bedroom Gite, fully equipped and self contained. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom is a twin (two single beds). The kitchen diner comes with all the kitchen equipment included and a working wood burning stove. Situated in its own grounds, with a large in ground swimming pool. Located between Bellac & Le Dorat and only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. A perfect getaway retreat! We also have a family apartment upstairs sleeping an additional 5 people.

Charming cottage for 2 people with spa

The cottages of the old orchard, cottage 2 people located to the left of the farm, with a porch and an individual front door. A private terrace with a jacuzzi (closed from 10 October to 15 April) and a garden furniture allow you to sunbathe, you access it by crossing the courtyard. A barbecue is provided, allowing you to eat alfresco and enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. We also leave products for your breakfast.

potter's cottage

Very small house ( 2 rooms) in the village of Thiat (10 km from Bussieres Poitevine ), on 2 floors ( be careful the staircase is not suitable for the elderly) , accommodation 15 minutes walk from the river . unfortunately there are no more shops in Thiat but there is a small restaurant😀, easy parking in front of the cottage door, bike loan possible , Quiet location.
