NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in the Rosenheim city center. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except the old roof construction which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous center and train station proximity (10 min. walk), the spacious living room, 1 private parking space + public parking in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the Landesgartenschaugelände.

You will embrace the little house and nature in your heart - I'm sure. PS: For children and pets, the Tiny House is unfortunately not suitable, as the house stands on a slope covered with loose stones.

Our yurt is an original Mongolian yurt covered with sheep wool fleece from the region. It is located on our property where we live a small farm with animals. The small village is quiet and secluded. The yurt can be equipped with double or single beds as needed for the night. Next door is the "cottage" in which there is a kitchen with stove and refrigerator, as well as a shower with hot water.

Beautifully located with lake view you will find our house in Seeham on Lake Obertrum. The apartment is newly renovated and has one double bedroom, shower/WC and a living area with kitchen. Our house is centrally located in the lake area and is also easily accessible by public transport. There is also the possibility to rent bicycles. Next door is a riding stable.
