In the village 10 - 15 minutes walk you will find inns, supermarket, playground, coffee house with bakery, butcher, trafik +magazine store, bank, ATM, post partner, craft shop, felt, ceramics, a local museum. Stay at least 4 nights, long-term rental possible. Additional costs in cash on site : statutory tourism tax €2.40 per person (over 15 years old) and night.

Zell am Moos with its maze invites you to slow down. There is no mass tourism here yet, no motorboats on the lake. Whether by bike or on foot, a few meters away from the 64qm apartment, you will find yourself in the middle of nature. In the village there are inns, bathing areas with parking spaces, a supermarket, a bakery with cafe, a butcher, a magazine shop, a bank (with ATM). New is the foot/bike path in the place that allows to leave the car.

A perfect combination of modern, reduced living in the Tiny House, a beautiful panoramic view of the Salzburg Prealps, 10 minutes by car to 4 different lakes and 20 minutes by car to the Festival City of Salzburg. You will embrace the little house and nature in your heart - I'm sure. PS: For children and pets, the Tiny House is unfortunately not suitable, as the house stands on a slope covered with loose stones.

Das Ferienhaus "Seeleben 46" am herrlichen Irrsee / Region Mondsee -im Salzkammergut (nur 20 Minuten von Salzburg entfernt) wurde 2017 neu gebaut. Die wunderschöne Lärchenfassade bindet sich hervorragend in das schöne Seengebiet ein. Im Haus findet man auf 70m2 2 Schlafzimmer und einen Wohn-Essbereich mit Terrasse und eigenem Garten.
