The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Small cottage has open plan living area with sofa, TV, DVD player and fold-up dining table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is set around a spiral staircase. Upstairs has bedroom, with double and single bed, wardrobe and full-length mirror, and en suite bathroom with shower above bath. Kilnby Cottage is a secluded self-contained annex to an individual house in about an acre on Howle Hill. its in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and surrounded by country side. Outside there is a small separate garden and private off road parking. The only passing traffic are a few neighbours and dog walkers.... The kitchen window and patio doors look out over the garden and the patio holds the sun all day until it eases off the the West.
