Kennedy town is a trendy living area in HK. It’s 15mins away from Central. The neighborhood is very safe and peaceful with many newly opened restaurants and cafe. Brand new one bedroom with spacious living room and patio. Full kitchen with dishwasher, oven and other necessary appliances. Enjoy the best sunset and fireworks from Disney land while having dinner at patio. All rooms have amazing sea view. Flat is 3 mins walking distance from MTR, 1 min from tram, 1 min from harbor running trail.

I'm offering my flat while I'm away on sabbatical. The flat has a unique layout: a small bedroom with little more than a double bed and window that overlooks pure jungle; a wet bathroom; and a large, open main room that extends onto a balcony. Upstairs is the kitchen, which opens out to the rooftop where you have a panoramic ocean view with Lantau Peak in the distance. Flat with amazing sea view

The best thing about this flat is definitely the view and the fact that it is very bright during the day. There is a bed and a sleeping sofa, so in total 4 people could be hosted. The bathroom is a bit weird because it's in the sleeping room but you get used to it. The flat is in Kennedy Town where you'll find whatever you need. The MTR station is only 5 minutes away and from there you get to Central in 10 minutes.
