Small kitchen with hob, combination microwave, toaster, kettle, nespresso coffee machine and fridge. Two comfortable armchairs and flat screen tv. Sunny outside terrace with table and chairs. Plenty of free parking and situated next to award winning cafe serving freshly cooked breakfast.
