Cozy apartment in a quiet location with a balcony

The apartment is on the ground floor and is nice and cool in the summer. It was completely refurbished and lovingly, with a lot of craftsmanship, designed by us ourselves. The wooden workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....there is no noise to be expected)😉The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop,which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly . Blackout blinds are fitted. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available for questions. Books and games are available.

Cozy small cave in villa

The room is in the basement of a villa in a good location of Weimar. It has a separate entrance to the side of the villa where there is also a small outdoor sitting area with table for guests. There you go down a few stairs to the entrance. In the anteroom is the wardrobe where there is also a fridge kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. From there, the toilet is accessible. Bedroom has a 1.40 x2 m bed with sitting area and small bathroom with walk-in-shower. No kitchen!

Our German-American family would be so pleased to invite you into our home. Our charming, 200-year-old guest house is just a few minutes away from the historic town of Weimar. Home to Goethe and Schiller, Bauhaus and rich with culture, there is so much to see and do in this area. The bright and cozy apartment is located in a large garden in the Taubach district, idyllically located on the Ilm, 5 km from the city center in Weimar. Through a separate entrance you can reach the living room-kitchen, a large living/ sleeping room and the bathroom. A sliding door can be closed to the living room/kitchen. The garden can be fully used, various seats invite you to relax. Weimar has two beautiful bike paths and an hourly bus connection.

The day can start with breakfast and a good cup of coffee, e.g. at sunrise on the terrace with magnificent distant views. The bedroom with large double bed is located at the top of the gallery. Our farm dog Cleo is well educated and gladly welcomes all guests.

Cozy non-smoking 1 room apartment 30 sqm in the city, in quiet side street below the market. Pubs , cafes, shopping and museums in the immediate vicinity. Parking is possible in the public parking lots "Eichplatz" (50m), " Inselparkplatz" (100m) or "Seidelparkplatz" (on foot 10 min) and in the car parks (every 50m away). Train stations or bus station are super easy to reach on foot.
