Private parking and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Perfect location for mountain bikers, walkers, families. Sleeps 6, can be singles or superking beds. One small dog welcome per booking. All towels, bedding and wifi included. 3 bedrooms (2 ensuite) large lounge with underfloor heating and modern kitchen with all appliances. No smoking throughout.

'Breesha's Cottage' is a recently rescued traditional Manx stone cottage. In Ballaugh Village just 50m off the famous Ballaugh Bridge on the TT circuit, with fabulous views of the hills above Sulby Glen. A beautiful spot for relaxing, walking, cycling or watching the motorsports. A local shop just 50m away and a great pub at the end of the lane . A lovely quiet sandy/pebbly beach is 2 miles away and great walks in the hills just up the lane to the glen. IOM tourism registered- 4 star.
