Cozy & quiet along the creek

You can enjoy watching the salmon swimming as you take a 5 minute stroll along Ketchikan creek to Creek Street and all that Ketchikan has to share. Minutes from restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Walk 5 minutes to the Deer Mountain Salmon hatchery and after head over to the Totem Heritage Center to view 19th century totem poles. When you’re done exploring come home and relax! There are available board games, movies, and books for your enjoyment! 1 Ring camera is recording outside front entry.

I watched way too many shows of Tiny Luxury Homes and set out to create my own! Here you will find custom built in cabinetry, new flooring, exposed wooden beams, built in full size bed, a sparkling fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and washer and dryer. My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. The Hummingbird house was built in 2017, nestled in Tongass National Rainforest. Cathedral ceiling, natural light surrounded by cedar trees with a filtered ocean view. Feels like you're tucked away in a treehouse. We are located across from the beach in a quiet northend neighborhood. We also have a 2017 Jeep Renegade Rental listed on TURO.
