A room in a quiet neighborhood

I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by woods. Walk to the Polanica promenade about 10 minutes by road through the forest (a popular shortcut) or by asphalt road a little further. Equipment: kitchenette+ pots, pans, dishes and silverware. A comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, chest of drawers, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The surrounding area is very quiet with mountain views.

Sunny Quiet Studio-Old Town

Our studio is a 39 square meter charming and sunny space located on the 2nd floor facing a courtyard of trees. We’re located in the old town center of Wroclaw, just minutes from the Rynek central square, Hala Targowa market where you can buy fruits and vegetables and the beautiful Odra River. Our apartment is newly renovated and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We live in an old building with just a few very kind and quiet neighbours. We love our home and hope you will, too!

The house has two bedrooms upstairs - 5 beds: two double beds and one single bed. Upstairs, there is also a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the ground floor is a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a toilet. In the living room is a TV and a sofa bed that can accommodate another two people. The whole is topped with a fireplace, which serves at the same time as a decoration and heating unit on cold days. On request, we also offer daily cleaning, bed linen and towels change.

Its very central location ( 2 walkingminutes from the marketsquare) enables you to discover lots of the most popular sights by foot. Above one of them is a communal bathing area. Right next to the lake and bathing area is our home. You'll find peace, quiet, and intimacy. The house is fully equipped, has a fireplace, covered terrace, barbecue and parking shed. In the garden you can use the Finnish sauna.
