Located in Seven Coves. Ideal getaway on Lake Conroe. Balcony is right over the water. Fishing fm balcony is OK without fishing license! This is not a fish camp. Pls clean up all fish remains & gear. Main Bdrm: King Size bed w/ Tempur-Pedic mattress. The inside stairs leads to upstairs loft: 2 Queen beds and a full bathroom. Restaurant, swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, marina, bike & boat rentals, playground & dinner cruise boat within walking distance. Combo washer/dryer unit.

This is a great spot to get away and unwind or just relax. You'll have the entire condo to yourself. This unit is on the 2nd floor and has nice floors, a full kitchen, full bathroom, appliances, a security system & Free parking. It's located just steps away from the golf course in the beautiful prestigious Walden community. You’re a 5 minute drive away from Margaritaville, lake view restaurants, bars, and several lake entry points. Check in time is 4pm.
