Very nice and well maintained apartment in a perfect city location with excellent accessibility. Located in the middle of the currently most popular district of Leipzig (Plagwitz) and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard. Everything carefully lovingly renovated with historic details in a former workshop building. Stylish and charmingly decorated, comfortable and spacious, with balcony. Our holiday home is located 12 km south of the Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m2 in size, has been lovingly renovated by us and the character is largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room, on the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is located on the same plot as our house, so we are available if you have any questions.

Beautiful, enclosed and very quiet plot at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace on the Elbe landscape and the river Elbe. The Elbe is about 400m away. 200m away begins the nature reserve Alte Elbe Kathewitz. Large hedges to the neighbouring plots and a separate door to the Elbdamm. The house can accommodate up to 4 people. However, with an extra bed can also go up to 6 people. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
