Centrally located, downtown, 800 sq. ft. heated solarium suite - bedroom, living room, small bathroom and kitchenette (toaster oven, microwave, electric frypan, mini fridge - not a full kitchen) and sleeper couch, attached to the back of my home. Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. Solarium is full of plants. Beautiful front water view plus gardens.

Our home is attached to the guest suite but guests access their suite via a secured private entrance. Our guest house is on the second floor of our detached garage. It is at the end of a quiet road and is located off I-75 (exit 310 and 313), 3 miles from town, but 30-40 minutes from many other towns. Kayaks, small grill, camp fires on windless nights. No pets.
