The location is excellent with the proximity to the city center as well as to the Vienna-Mitte traffic junction via the cat Airport Train, the express train as well as the subway 3 and 4. This new apartment has all the amenities to make your stay in Vienna unforgettable. It consists of an anteroom with storage areas, a living kitchen with dining area, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, combi stove, dishwasher, coffee machine), bedroom with wardrobe, as well as bathroom (shower and washing machine) and separate toilet. Colourful 2.5 Bedroom With Large Balcony & Garden.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We created this space so that we can share it with you, to spend time in our homely designed rooms and enjoy the peace around nature in the large natural garden. There are 5 separate beds ( 1 double and 3 single) + a large sleeping Sofa in 2.5 seperate rooms. One room is 2 in one with a walk-through. We have a FULL KITCHEN with dining, microwave, fridge, dish washer &dishes etc. There is a grilling space outside if the weather is good.

Wasser direkt aus einer Waldquelle. Das sonnendurchflutete Holzhaus wurde 2018 gebaut, grenzt direkt an einen Wald an und befindet sich entlang des österreichischen Jakobsweges. Besonders freuen wir uns über Menschen die einen Zugang zu Spiritualität haben. Für die Praxis stehen Meditationskissen und Yogamatten bereit.

Our appartement is the perfect stay for your holidays in Austria. You live next to nature but also close to the city of Vienna. The light-filled living area with 100m² offers quiet relaxation and all necessary comforts to make your stay a unique holiday. You are welcome to spend your time in our beautiful garden with a creek running thourgh it. Near our house there are some nice walks along the river Traisen, arround the fishpod or uphill to some unique restaurants in the hilly countryside.
