Directly on the beach with views of the water on both sides. This 4 bed/2 bath house has a modern feel with lots of windows and natural light. Very white, bright, and clean and can sleep up to 12 people. You are paying for the amazing views and location, and it's one of a kind. The sunrises and sunsets can be seen on both sides of the home. Our newly renovated home is the perfect place to make summer memories. Located east of Route 1, and within walking distance to Ogunquit's North Beach (1 mile). Several well-known restaurants and trolley stop are within a 5 minute walk. Booking for Summer 2024: June 22, 2024 - August 31, 2024. 7 night minimum stay. Saturday check-in as default. Our cottage has a new interior with full kitchen, corian counters in the color 'beach glass', sliding glass door overlooking the sand and surf. Enjoy a little luxury at the beach. Murphy wall bed allows you to listen to the waves crashing right outside the door.

This is a one bedroom unit with its own private bathroom close to Wells Beach, and Route 1 Shopping, restaurants , etc. High-speed WiFi, AC/Heat, comfy queen sized bed, mini fridge, microwave, table with 2 chairs, ceiling fan, first aid kit, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October to May.
