Our quiet apartment (32m²), overlooking the Tennennen Mountains, offers direct access to the ski area and our cross-country trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site in just 2 minutes on foot, as well as numerous walking and hiking trails. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

We rent out our top holiday apartment on the Sonnenhang in Mühlbach am Hochkönig. The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2018 and all components renewed. It sleeps 4 people and is fully equipped. Parking is free for guests, there is a TV with over 100 channels and free Wi-Fi. From January 1, 2020, the State of Salzburg will collect the following fees for each Airbnb guest: €2/person/night, aged 15 and over.

The approx. 35 m² apartment for 2-3 persons offers a cozy kitchen, a private bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a safe. Our house, in which the apartment is located, is located directly on the main road, which is an advantage in winter as our local snow clearance works fine. The parking is right in front of the apartment door. The large garden and summer cottage can also be used by them gladly.
