Lovely private guest apartment in rural surroundings close to the Limfjord. The property is beautifully situated along the Marguerit route north of the Limfjord. It is 300 meters to the fjord where there are benches so you can sit and enjoy the lunch and watch the ships sail by. If you want to come to Aalborg and enjoy the city life, it is 20 minutes by car to the city center. Bathing friendly beaches are 15 km away and can be enjoyed in all seasons. It is possible to buy cold drinks and snacks, as well as free coffee/Tea

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a nature plot in the forest with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg 15 min to the city bus. Whether it's city break, golf, mountain biking, road biking, you have plenty of opportunity to get your needs met here with us. We'll be happy to help with advice if you ask. Cozy apartment. Attractive location

Really cozy two-room apartment. Good double elevation bed, with separate mattresses. Small staircase up to the bedroom, which has a low ceiling but is super cosy, good cupboard space. There is underfloor heating in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine in the kitchen and shared tumble dryer in the basement. Good, well-furnished living room with television, large TV package, internet. Super good location close to the centre, marina, cafes and good shopping opportunities etc

Centrally located family house

Relax with the whole family or friends/colleagues in this quiet part of Nørresundby. In my house you will find all the necessities - and more. TV, PC, PS5, Espresso machine, Garage and Laundry House. A dog must be brought, as the entire garden is fenced and the cat "Frederik" is hungry every day. The garden offers herbs, barbecue, fire dish, basketball and trampoline. Both shopping and swimming pool are in walking distance.

Modern annex in garden by the Fjord

Great location right by the Fjord and 5 min. from the airport, 5 min. to city center and 30. min to the great beach at our West coast by car. Supermarket right across the street. If you want to walk to the city, it is a 20 min. beautiful walk by the fjord and across a bridge.
