Our house is located in quiet surroundings, close to nature and with good views. The view goes to Altmühltal, Kelheim and the Danube Valley. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house and has been newly furnished for max. 3-4 persons. The living room with double bed(180x200) sofa bed (130x200), bathroom with shower, WLAN, TV is available. The new kitchenette is fully equipped. A storage room is available. The large balcony complements the apartment. A bicycle garage is provided. Dogs are allowed.

This little gem is surrounded by beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, there is a view of meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly decorated down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, Bavarian Forest and Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and biking right from the front door.
