Meadow View -"Tranquility with outstanding Views"

Meadow View in the village of Lower Penn in the South Staffordshire countryside. Located in a quiet country lane. The annex has its own private entrance, bathroom with shower, bedroom is on the first floor and offers comfortable sleeping with a king size bed and lovely views across a meadow. There is parking right outside The Greyhound Pub a very friendly country pub with an excellent menu is a 5 minute walk away, with many other restaurants and takeaway food available within a 5 mile radius.

The Summerhouse is a delightful detached lodge in the grounds of our cottage. Designed to allow total privacy with your own entrance,garden and patio area, hot tub and sun loungers. The Summerhouse has an open plan layout with a comfortable lounge,TV Netflix/ fitted kitchen with fridge,hob and microwave grill. There is a separate modern bathroom with a walk in shower. The bedroom has the option of a super king size bed or two single beds as required . There is off road parking in our car park.

The Old Post Office is located in a newly refurbished Victorian building that is steeped in history. It's in a fantastic location in the Worcestershire town of Bromsgrove. There are several excellent pubs & restaurants nearby, these include a traditional pub serving a selection of real ales with a great fireside atmosphere & a gourmet restaurant pub where you can enjoy a full english breakfast, a three course lunch, dinner or a delicious Sunday roast. Both are just a couple of minutes walk.

We started building the granny annexe in 2018 for our parents future home. As they are not at that stage yet we have decided to rent it out for now. There's plenty of space for two, but we have a sofa bed in the lounge, so it can sleep four. There is a wet room with shower downstairs and ensuite with Victoria & Albert freestanding bath upstairs. We are well positioned to explore the area being on the South Staffs, Shropshire and Worcestershire border and of course Kinver Edge.
