Lovely, Studio Apartment near La Carolina Park.

My place is a 1 bedroom 1 bath studio with a Separate entrance to my house. There is no Kitchen in the studio, but there are plenty of inexpensive restaurants and coffee shops walking distance. 2 guests max. allowed There is free parking on the property if you have a car. The studio is very well located in Quito, 1/2 block from the gubernatorial platform and about 1 mile from Quicentro shopping center and La Carolina Park where you can enjoy walking, running, biking etc....

The house is 2 floors when entering through the main door you will arrive at the spacious suite in which you will find two double beds, a full and private bathroom with plenty of hot water, for your convenience we have a space with fridge and private coffee maker leaving additional blankets and a heater for cold nights. Upstairs you will reach the terrace and kitchen which are areas shared with other guests, it is an amazing space where you can see the entire center of Quito
