Peaceful Boutique Cottage Top of Main St. Historic & Modern.

Open the door of this urban cottage and enter a modern, artful & quiet space. Curl up on the leather sofa or nestle into the massage chair in front of the fireplace after a fun day exploring the trails & many fun things to do in Park City. Unique ceilings are found throughout, along with other retro touches. Rooms are designed for comfort & relaxation, with cushions galore, a library of books & very high speed internet (800/40+). Make a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or walk just a couple minutes down Main Street to one of the many award-winning restaurants of Park City's Historic District. "The 24 Daly Home" is a thoughtfully renovated 1100 square foot historic home with modern design located right at the top of Main Street. It's a short walk to Old Town's shops, galleries, and restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. NEW for Summer 2020 ~ The City just installed a Summit Bike Share electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town. The Main Street Trolley stops about 30-40 steps from the home. It goes up and down Main St and to the Old Town Transit Center, where you can take free buses to all 3 resorts and places like the factory outlet mall, grocery stores, etc. Minimum stays: winter ski season = 5 nights Sundance Film Festival = 9 nights all other = 2 nights The cottage is located at the top of historic Main Street. It's a quick walk to Old Town's shops, galleries & restaurants—but the cottage is in a quiet spot. It's also fun to sit on the front porch in the rocking chairs and chat with hikers and neighbors. The City installed an electric bike station a couple hundred yards from the home (about a 3 minute walk) that gives you access to the electric bike share program anytime in the warmer months. The electric bikes are a great way to explore town.

Remodeled Home IN Old Town Steps Away From Main!

Our property is a quick 5 minute walk to Main St. and all that Downtown Park City has to offer. Peruse the local shops, taste local whiskey at the High West Distillery, or wine and dine at a any of the fine establishments Main St. has to offer. The Town Lift is also less than a 10 minute walk away while Deer Valley Resort is a 1.5 miles away(free shuttle). This is not a rental with basic items purchased just to get by. Every room has been carefully thought out and this house is very comfy.

Peaceful location with mountain and golf course views. This location doesn't get much better for the person that wants a quiet place to sleep at night & a 5 minute walk to world class skiing, mountain biking, coffee shops, hiking, or restaurants. Make a cup of coffee with one of our local roasters, sit on your private deck & walk 1 min to the bus stop to gain access to skiing at any of the PC resorts. This single family house is in literally the single best location in all of Old Town (perfect for Sundance). You are a 1 minute walk down 5th St to the center of Main St, a 4 minute walk down Park Ave to the Old Town Lift, and a 3 minute walk up the adjacent staircase to Ski Out access. This single family house was recently fully renovated. It features a great room with views of historic Old Town, an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage.
