Clean and comfortable. Private garden area with hot tub available for use from check in until 10pm each evening. April 1st to Oct 31st. Within an hours drive of Cambridge, Ely, Hunstanton, Sandringham, Wisbech, Downham market. Village with Post office, ATM, excellent take aways, restaurant and bar.

A one bedroom (sleeps 4) converted barn in the idyllic village of Shouldham, nestling on the edge of Shouldham Warren, a fantastic forest with woodland trails to walk, jog or cycle. Enjoy a pint in the award-winning pub the King's Arms. (Both 800m away) The barn has been lovingly converted and attractively furnished to include a double bedroom, living room, dining area/orangery. Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.

This recently renovated property is located in Tottenhill. The popular village of Watlington is close by which has a shop, pub, fish and chips and train station! The property is smoke free and pet free. Please be aware the neighbours do have friendly dogs (they do not enter property). As this is a cottage we do have a dehumidifier, however, guests are more than welcome to turn this off. Tottenhill is a short drive from Downham Market and King's Lynn.
