Cozy Country House - Voralpenland - Region München

The house is located in the country-side, only 25 km south of Munich, close to Lake Starnberg (8to10km), the Octoberfest, the river "Isar" and only a 30 minutes drive to the beautiful mountains. A little "country side" park surrounds the house, which we share with chickens and ducks. (Your kids will love them). -It is the perfect family place (up to 6/ may be 8 people) - for going to Munich, the alpes and lakes. - also very cosy if you are looking for a very romantic place of two .

Direct S-Bahn connection (S7), 5 minutes walk, 30 min drive Munich center (main station/Marienplatz, Oktoberfest) , A 95 connection. 8 km to Lake Starnberg, Garmisch can be reached in 45 minutes by car. Icking and especially this is a very quiet place with much greeness and good air around hier. Nevertheless this apartment is located 5 min. on foot to a suburban train station S7 for a Train ride to Munich Hbf in 35 min.
