Fresh and seaside summer cottage at Skrea beach

Welcome to our lovely summer house on Skrea beach in Falkenberg. The house is 60 square meters with open plan for kitchen and living areas. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. From the living room a generous wooden deck is reached where the grill is ready. On the plot there is also a newly built Attefall house. The house has 2 bedrooms of 12 sqm with hotel feel. Skrea beach is just a few minutes walk away. The house has wireless wifi and the possibility to park 2 cars. For electric car there is also a charging box.

In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds. Half a staircase up there are two beds. A downstairs bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with a smaller and a larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Bed sheets and towels are provided by the guest.

The house has a plot of 1100 m2 and a large fenced back with climbing frame and trampoline so the children can play. Large glazed patio of 40 m2 and a terrace for lovely days and evenings. The whole house is fresh with remodeled bathrooms and kitchens in recent years. Upstairs is a large home theater for the rainy days.

Our place is close to nice sea view. You'll love our place because of the views, the location and the vibe. Toppstugan is located about 7 km from Falkenberg center and around 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach that you will surely like. New for 2023 is that we fenced off the large terrace so dogs can avoid being on a leash.
