Our historic Carinthian farmhouse in a secluded location from 1841 has been lovingly and thoughtfully renovated. Many international guests have already spent a nice holiday here in the middle of wonderful nature and enjoyed the alpine coziness with modern amenities. In 2019, the attic and the former mill were converted into a penthouse apartment on two floors in the chalet style. The sunny apartment as well as the covered spacious outdoor seating offer unobstructed views.

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. 100 year old log house, which was demolished in 2008 in the neighboring village and rebuilt with us on the organic mountain farm. Special care has been taken to the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system, the bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy small house (75m²) served us for 10 years as a residence.
