New, spacious, Sauna-style Downtown Dome

The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, the living room has a wide sofa bed, 2 extra mattresses and a cot for the smallest. Thanks to the cooling air conditioning, even in summer heat, the apartment can be comfortably cooled down. In the same building a great restaurant and nearby many good eateries. Theatres, films, concert halls, swimming pool, bowling pool, Metso library, Särkänniemi and Nokia Arena within walking distance. To the train and bus stations 15 minutes walk or by tram in a few minutes.

Mahtava kalustettu asunto kun haluat persoonallista majoitusta ja kokea aitoa ja boheemia Nekalaa, keskustaan pääset nopeasti bussilla ja skuutilla. 120cm leveä sänky odottaa pedattuna, Netflix tv:ssä ja lähtiessä ei tarvitse siivota. Keittiössä löytyy esim. kahvia ja hiutaleita. Ilmoitathan erityiset toiveesi niin voin palvella sinua 5 tähden arvoisesti. Teen kaikkeni että viihdyt ja kokemuksesi on mahtava. 😊 Hiljaisuutta en voi taata kerrostalossa mutta yleensä täällä on hyvin rauhallista.

Unique apartment right next to the city center!

Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yard near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen, and a lush garden in the summer. Great access to the city center, university, and Nokia Arena about 10 mins on foot. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a home for those who love the vibe of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in an old house envelope, I recommend choosing a hotel.
