Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). A super summer house, which can be used all year round, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a good holiday paradise, with beach, forest, abundant birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So, the requirement for additional payment for electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Bøtø's loveliest cottage!

This stylish cottage is a total of 123 sqm on a large fenced plot, and with room for several families who can enjoy themselves together. The house has 4 bedrooms, large kitchen-living room with fireplace, cozy living room with large TV, bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine and dryer. Outside there is a large partially covered wooden terrace with wilderness bath and outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. In addition, large natural plot with old trees. The house is only 400 meters walk from Denmark's best beach!

Lovely apartment in the center of Nykøbing F

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. Nykøbing F station is 10 min. walk away. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You're close to great experiences on Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. If necessary, we can arrange for an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the first floor. There's no elevator, free parking.

Relax with family or friends in this gem of a summer house. It is owned and renovated by a family with attention to detail. There is ample opportunity to have a lot of cozy moments on the couch in front of the fireplace, or in the large garden. The house consists of two rooms, a kitchen with living room and a bathroom. Rental prices are excluding consumption, charged for spent water and electricity. Consumption is charged after the end of the stay through Airbnb. Romantic annex in the heart of Marielyst

Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. Lovely vacation home in the heart of Marielyst.

Lovely holiday home close to the square in Marielyst, with a short walk to lovely sandy beach. If you want to stay secluded yet in the middle of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops and holiday atmosphere, plenty of opportunity for activities, walks and pure coziness, this home is a great option. Book it as a holiday home during the high season or maybe an extended weekend for coziness and relaxation. Please note late check out at 11am and early check in at 2pm. Not rented to youth groups and artisan groups.

Wonderfully bright holiday home close to the forest and beach

Lovely and bright cottage with good space and loft for kip. The cottage is 116 sqm with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms both with shower. There is a bathtub and sauna in one. The grounds are large with minimal planting, making it possible to play a good football game. There is also play tower with slide and swings as well as buried trampoline. There is a Weber Gas grill located in the shed, so it is possible to grill on the terrace on sunny days. The house is heated with a wood-burning stove and electric radiators.

You're close to everything when you stay at this centrally located cottage in Marielyst. It is 350 meters to the city/shopping and 900 meters to Denmark's best beach. The 68 m2 - with ceiling for kip throughout the house - is distributed in a nice bright kitchen and living room in one, a hallway, bathroom with shower and 3 rooms (a double bed, 2 single beds and a 1 1/2 man bed). The garden is enclosed with fencing. The cottage is cozy and spacious with a covered terrace as well as an outdoor fireplace.

Best location in Nørrevang - refurbished in a young style with 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds. Nice wooden terrace to the southwest with full evening sun. There is free parking adjacent to the house. The house is located in the center of Marielyst resort town close to good shopping, dining, playgrounds and one of Denmark's best beaches is just 600 meters from the house. Smoking is not allowed and have pets in the house
