Les Acacias, cottage** * is located 8 minutes from Rumilly, 35 minutes from the lakes of Annecy and Bourget and 45 minutes from the ski resorts of Semnoz and Margeriaz. The house is on the side of the mountain, surrounded by greenery and close to hiking trails. The newly renovated 40 m2 apartment with eco-friendly materials is very pleasant and tastefully decorated. This home has a decidedly unique style.It is a charming stone house.It is composed of a kitchen , a dining room bathed in light.A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving wc,sdb and a sleeping area with a bed of 160.Another staircase takes you into the living room equipped with a convertible sofa (top of the range )and TV.A last staircase leads you to a cute attic room composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (we can bring the beds together in queen size)

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS to the LAKE : 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800m²). The beach is 50m from the house.

Studio allowing 2 people accompanied by a child to stay in a charming place reminiscent of mountain chalets. It offers a sunny balcony in the morning but also a large terrace for more space. The simple kitchen offers the essentials, as for the bedroom it is spacious with its high ceiling, exposed beams and its small living room or extra bed. When it is cool and during the winter a pellet stove offers its flames and a soft warmth.
