Holiday rentals with a fire pit in 16th arrondissement

It was fine to stay in the cottage of Fiona and her family. Everything was very clean, beds nicely made and Fiona had even thought of a refreshment to welcome us. We were 6 people, for which this was the perfect place to stay. If we need an overnight stay in the area again, we will definitely come back!

Following these few days spent with you, it seemed essential to me to take the time to thank you one last time for your hospitality and generosity. Thanks to you, we had a lovely time.

The apartment has everything and is suitable for a long stay. The beds were comfy and the living rooms were well equipped with everything. The kitchen is also well equipped. Thank you Anne-Katerine for having us and thank you for your kindness.

very clean, well maintained and very well equipped accommodation. Some difficulty opening the lockbox but we were able to pick up the keys. Kindness from the owner via messaging. It would have been nice to see the owner during our weekend.

We stayed for 8days in Walid's place and had a fantastic time. He was the perfect host - accessible and attentive. We needed to contact a Dr while away and he was so willing to guide us and help us out. The house had everything we needed and even a pool and enclosed outdoor space which our kids loved. Walid was flexible about our arrival time and nothing seemed to be a trouble for him. Would highly recommend.

Decent place to stay if you want to visit Paris and it's close to the city centre.

Messioigha's place was really nice and spacious. Check-in was flexible. Only thing that we did not expect was that the sofa bed did not have a mattress, was basically just a sofa; so preferably to go with max 3 persons.

The location of the house is very good, the decoration is very new and artistic, the quality of various supplies is also very good.The host was also very quick to respond.The overall feeling is that the storage space is a little small and can only be placed outside, but such a place like Paris is not bad.In addition, if there is no cooking hood and too much seasoning, it is more suitable for guests who are basically not cooking.

It's one of the best Airbnb in a long time. The promise of the listing is outdated. I highly recommend it! Quiet, clean, spacious, beautiful environment… just perfect!!!

We were in the lower apartment "Studio" and very satisfied. The apartment is small, nicely renovated and perfect for a city trip. You have a breathtaking view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. In a few minutes you can walk to the metro and in about half an hour to the most famous sights of Paris. Highly recommended 👍

We really enjoyed our stay in Paris! Excellent location near public transportation & easy to walk to many different restaurants & markets. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and secure in the building with its gated access. The instructions to find the location are very specific & the host is very responsive & even gave us ideas for places to go. I think it should be mentioned that the second bedroom is up the spiral staircase so may not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues, small children or the elderly. Unit is also 2 full bathrooms but in the downstairs bathroom the toilet is separate from the bathtub area. The water was always hot. When we arrived, it did have the smoky smell that people have mentioned, but we brought incense and opened the windows and it didn’t really bother us. You can tell that this house is really lived in as opposed to other Airbnb’s that are specifically for short term stay, but enjoyed the authentic Parisian experience and loved the decor and feel!

Absolutely loved Charlotte’s place. It’s super clean and well equiped. We loved the style, space and flow of the apartment. It was terrific having a second story which provided super privacy. The beds are very comfortable and what is truly magnificent is the roof top area. The views at night across the sky towards La Defence are very pretty. The pictures don’t do Charlotte’s place justice as to how great it really is. Thank you and we will 100 percent book this apartment again next time we come to Paris.

Such a clean and clear space. A beautiful building in a nice town with plenty of amenities nearby. H and his team are super helpful, friendly and responsive!

Communication with Sou very simple. The apartment is very well located and compliant with the description.

We had a great time in Neska. The location is very peaceful in the middle of nature. The accommodation is very cozy, furnished with great taste and attention to detail in the decoration. We found the accommodation in pristine condition and it is very well appointed. Margot was very responsive before and during the stay. Very nice memory!

A relaxing and pleasant break. Everything is done to relax and rest, we will come back without hesitation
