Holiday rentals with a fire pit in 16th arrondissement

Excellent hospitality from Lucille. Everything was at our disposal for a comfortable stay. Clean accommodation, great equipped, great location. Very nice whether inside or outside. Great place! My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I will especially note the courtyard, it's nice to have a small private area close to the house. Check-in is convenient, the apartment matches the photos and description. The location is in a quiet area. In all respects 5/5!

Great location for a base for Paris, and the pool was fantastic on the hot days. Great house for a large family, with all mod cons. Would strongly recommend to others.

The apartment has everything and is suitable for a long stay. The beds were comfy and the living rooms were well equipped with everything. The kitchen is also well equipped. Thank you Anne-Katerine for having us and thank you for your kindness.

We stayed for 8days in Walid's place and had a fantastic time. He was the perfect host - accessible and attentive. We needed to contact a Dr while away and he was so willing to guide us and help us out. The house had everything we needed and even a pool and enclosed outdoor space which our kids loved. Walid was flexible about our arrival time and nothing seemed to be a trouble for him. Would highly recommend.

Decent place to stay if you want to visit Paris and it's close to the city centre.

Messioigha's place was really nice and spacious. Check-in was flexible. Only thing that we did not expect was that the sofa bed did not have a mattress, was basically just a sofa; so preferably to go with max 3 persons.

The place was great! The host is very responsive. Be aware that the apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Other than that, everything was great.

It's one of the best Airbnb in a long time. The promise of the listing is outdated. I highly recommend it! Quiet, clean, spacious, beautiful environment… just perfect!!!

We were in the lower apartment "Studio" and very satisfied. The apartment is small, nicely renovated and perfect for a city trip. You have a breathtaking view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. In a few minutes you can walk to the metro and in about half an hour to the most famous sights of Paris. Highly recommended 👍

We really enjoyed our stay in Paris! Excellent location near public transportation & easy to walk to many different restaurants & markets. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and secure in the building with its gated access. The instructions to find the location are very specific & the host is very responsive & even gave us ideas for places to go. I think it should be mentioned that the second bedroom is up the spiral staircase so may not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues, small children or the elderly. Unit is also 2 full bathrooms but in the downstairs bathroom the toilet is separate from the bathtub area. The water was always hot. When we arrived, it did have the smoky smell that people have mentioned, but we brought incense and opened the windows and it didn’t really bother us. You can tell that this house is really lived in as opposed to other Airbnb’s that are specifically for short term stay, but enjoyed the authentic Parisian experience and loved the decor and feel!

Absolutely loved Charlotte’s place. It’s super clean and well equiped. We loved the style, space and flow of the apartment. It was terrific having a second story which provided super privacy. The beds are very comfortable and what is truly magnificent is the roof top area. The views at night across the sky towards La Defence are very pretty. The pictures don’t do Charlotte’s place justice as to how great it really is. Thank you and we will 100 percent book this apartment again next time we come to Paris.

Myself, husband and 2 adult daughters spent a wonderful few days in Liliane ‘s beautiful apartment . Well situated, tram stop outside , nice cafe for breakfast beside the apartment. It was very comfortable and warm . Would thoroughly recommend this location . Liliane was always available for any questions and we all 4 loved it !

I had a wonderful stay at Pascal's apartment. The place is beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the terrace, which offers an ideal relaxation area.
