A perfect apartment for a stay in Lyon! It feels at home from the moment you arrive, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The location is great for exploring the city, and hosts are attentive and available. A place to recommend without hesitation!

The accommodation is very close to the train station, it is not on the road side, so it is very quiet, and the host is concerned about your arrival and very available if you have any questions. The bedding is comfortable. Only small clarification that can be important for some people, the elevator was broken, you have to be able to go up the floors.

Had a great time at Julien's place. Thank you again for hosting us. The apartment is very functional. The stay is pleasant despite the indirect light. All amenities are available (Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc...). I only used the wifi. We hear the noise from the hallway but there is little passage so personally it was not disturbing. The apartment is very well located near shops and especially near the Parc de la Tête d 'Or. So overall a really nice time.

This is not the first time I've been to this listing. It's always perfectly maintained. Corresponds to the description perfectly. It is nice, well arranged and secure. Easy access.

Myriam's place is absolutely amazing, what's more, relatively rare in town. 15 people can easily sleep in this huge house! Myriam was attentive, and super accommodating. You feel great in this beautifully decorated house. The many bathrooms and toilets are super convenient! In short, it was great for these 3 days during a convention with 15 colleagues 🌞

absolutely a hidden gem in the city! Situated in a quiet neighborhood up on the Fourviere, truly the place to be if you love to live like a local! Quiet, but not remote. Bus stop only 5mins walk away with several bus routes get you right to the city centre with literally 10mins of travel time. A small community high street nearby also offers all the groceries you need for your stay. P.s. the best bakery shop is also here! The property is a dream house for anyone that loves a good quality of living! Top quality amenities, kitchen appliances (Miele, Liebherr) you name it! Clean and tidy, yet warm and welcoming! We even enjoyed the Christmas decorations set by Sam and Louis! It is truly a home away from home! Sam and Louis were extremely friendly and helpful! the check-in was super smooth. We enjoyed visiting the places suggested by Sam and certainly the freshly laid eggs from the hen! Will definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Agnes's place, The listing is exactly as described. We even found it more beautiful than the pictures. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Agnes is a welcoming and friendly host with whom it is easy to connect. Agnes shared a lot of flexibility with check-in and checkout. The large enclosed lot was perfect for our dog Scott to stretch his paws. We recommend this place and, for sure, we will come back, maybe on sunny days, to be able to enjoy the pool.

This property is a truly beautiful oasis, with fantastic outdoor space and swimming pool and ample indoor space too. If you enjoy cooking the kitchen is amply equipped with everything you could possibly need. The local area is fantastic, with a brilliant Boulangerie just minutes from the house for your morning coffee and pastry. Access to Lyon is good. Walking about one hour fifteen or 15 minutes by car, Uber or a great local bus service. Patricia is a very responsive host. She immediately answered any questions we had. Excellent week, could not have been better

Hélène's place is very pleasant, convenient and functional. Located in a quiet area, you can't hear a noise. Responsive and reachable host. We would recommend and would not hesitate to return during a future stay.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Martine's place and it was still perfect! Excellent welcome and checkout with Tina, very quiet accommodation, extremely clean and tidy and with a parking space: what more could you ask for? In addition, all the essentials for our 17-month-old baby was available (umbrella bed with new mattress! , bath kit, high chair). And the value for money is really up to you. In short, a rare find for a stay in Lyon: we will be sure to come back next time!!

We had a pleasant stay at Dominique's. I know the neighborhood well, and it's quiet and safe, so even if you can't always keep yourself in the parking lot, leaving the car on the street isn't a problem. The apartment is very well arranged, and comfortable for 3-4 people without problem. The sofa bed is comfortable (which is not always the case!). As the other tenants have said, be careful with the climb if you are on foot, but the bus is direct from Perrache and stops very close to the apartment. I highly recommend this place (clean, quiet, very far-sighted host).
