Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in 7th arrondissement

This place was great and I absolutely loved it ! If i go back to Paris, this is definitely the place i’d get to stay. The host is very friendly and responsive. He lives in the same building and he greeted us himself! The apartment was super clean and decorated very nice! I was very impressed with the design and small details of what he had done and added for the comfort of guests. There is nothing that you’d need that he hadn’t already put in there, small kitchen appliances, plenty number of dishes, coffee, multiple spices and dressings, cleaning supplies, feminine hygiene products, etc. He was also flexible about our check-in time. There are a lot of restaurants around the building and you can also walk to the mall and two train stations nearby. The neighborhood is also great! I had a great experience myself and I’d definitely highly recommend him and this apartment.

The accommodation met our expectations and our needs for nine people. It was spacious and love the fact that each bedroom had its own toilet and shower, provided some level of privacy.

Just 2 words: Perfect home. Living room, bed room, kitchen, study / working room - every thing is just perfect. So many beautiful places to eat nearby. Every type of public transport available at walking distance. And the most important: The wonderful host - She ensured that we were taken care of well. She was very proactive in asking if we needed anything. Even though the listed check-in time was 6pm, she was extremely gracious in making our check-in possible by 12:30pm because we were scheduled to reach Paris in the morning hours. Extremely satisfied with everything.

Great place away from all the tourists but close enough to get to all the sights of Paris by metro and bus. Plenty of good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The apartment is quite spacious by Paris standards and has a large very well equipped kitchen. The apartment was clean and uncluttered and we felt very comfortable and slept very well in the large bed and quiet surroundings. Olivier was always quick to respond and always very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in amazing Paris.

The apartment is very nice, bright, comfortable, quiet and functional in a very easy to access area (RER station next door) with shops very close. It was so nice to find a nice Christmas decor. Magali is very responsive, helpful and attentive to make sure everything goes smoothly. I would this property without hesitation

Enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is compact but well set out and perfectly adequate for 2-3 people and with a beautiful bathroom! Easy instructions to follow for entry and felt that security and safety were good. Great host - Max David was very responsive and helpful at all times.

I was so happy that I picked Apartments Du Louvre to stay at during our recent trip to Paris. After seeing a lot of Paris, I thought the location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. The metro was right outside, there were lot of excellent restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores right nearby. The apartment itself was exactly what I wanted from a Parisian experience. It had a ton of room and everything we could possibly need. We were also thankful for the lift for our suitcases. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future.

We really enjoyed Christians house. We’re not city types, so being so close to Paris - 30-45 mins on reliable transport worked for us. The house is spacious and comfortable with all modern fittings, including air con. The children loved the pool and went in every day. The cellar playroom was also a great addition for the days it rained. There weren’t too many places to eat close by but we just got Uber eats as we were tired from sightseeing. The cat quickly got to know us and was friendly - kids loved having a pet. We brought our own sheets and towels to avoid extra charges as we travelled by car. Only small niggle was no key collection instructions until the day of travel which felt a little late, but worked exactly to plan once agreed. We would definitely visit again.
