Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 9th arrondissement

We really enjoyed our stay an Annie’s place. The only thing missing was Wi-Fi, and she said she’s working on that. We’d definitely stay there again.

Great stay, Audrey is a welcoming and available host. The location is perfect for visiting the surrounding towns ( la ciotat, marseille, hyères...). The accommodation is clean and spacious.

We had a wonderful week staying here, it's so peaceful and quiet but also very close to the beach. The garden and pool are also a perfect place to relax and the garden is private and not overlooked. The house is well equipped and also very homely, with plenty of seating and games. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for a lovely stay 😊

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. The property is simply exceptional, perfectly equipped with all the essentials and much more - every detail has been carefully thought out to offer optimal comfort to guests. The location of the house is ideal, with a breathtaking view that makes every moment magical. Breakfast on the terrace facing this panorama is a memorable experience. Frédéric's welcome made our stay even more special. This is, without a doubt, one of the warmest hospitality I've ever received during an Airbnb rental. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The garden and pool are wonderful assets of this property. I already see myself coming back in the future to take full advantage of all that this house and its exceptional environment have to offer in the summer. I can only recommend this place - it's a real little slice of heaven!

Lovely house to stay just a short hop from the centre of Cassis, ideal having a garden to sit outside and for our dog.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was in a really convenient location and very well equipped with everything we might need. We would definitely stay again.

The neighborhood is very quiet, parking is convenient, and it is relatively close to the sea and the National Park of the Côte d 'Azur.There is a big Carrefour around that you can buy your own stuff back to do a quick snack. The only drawback is that it's a little hot in the summer in southern France, there is no air conditioner in the room, but there is a fan, it can be emergency, but it's a little hot at night when you sleep on the fan. Everything else is good

We hit the jackpot with this Airbnb! The property is tastefully furnished, exactly as shown in the photos, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. Despite our late 2 AM arrival, Christian greeted us warmly and gave us a tour. Each room has a well-equipped kitchenette, and the main kitchen is fully stocked. There were plenty of essentials like toilet paper, kitchen towels, and clean towels and linens. Thank you, Christian and Nadia, for making our Marseille trip unforgettable!

Checking in was easy and flexible. Valerie gave us clear instructions about the accommodation and made us feel very welcome by making sure necessities such as soap, towels and coffee were in the apartment when we arrived. The apartment is beautiful and homely with comfortable beds and a spacious living room to hang out in. Can't help but recommend Valerie as a host and her place.

We had a great time at Gilles' place. Her apartment is perfect for a family stay, it feels very quickly at home, it's quiet, ideally located in the center of Marseille and Gilles welcomes us with warmth. We particularly appreciated this place because unlike the many “Airbnb hotels” that we find more and more, we find here the soul of the owners. The kitchen is super well-equipped and you can share a meal with family friendliness. We highly recommend this apartment and its owners, for our part we will surely come back to it during our next stays in Marseille.

Holy wow - that view! The apartment is comfortable, well appointed, and well situated but the wow factor is the view of the mountain and beach. Overall we were very happy with our stay and appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts during arrival and when a window broke due to unconventional wind. Just a quick walk to town while being perched up above was a great experience for us.

Our stay in Brigitte's place was very good. The apartment is close to the beach, remaining, market and bakery. It has a private and very beautiful beach. The place is exactly as described and the host was super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it and hope to come back one day.

Our stay went very well. 🙂 André's apartment is ideally located, the beach, shops , walks discovered by small paths lined with pretty gardens and villas, everything can be done on foot. Very functional and very well located apartment, 5 minutes from the sea and parks, in a very beautiful environment, the welcome and departure were easy and pleasant thanks to Maryline and her husband, we had a lovely stay: hikes in the calanques and bike tours from the apartment 🙌

Our stay in Cassis went very well, we enjoyed it very much. The accommodation is very good, clean with magnificent sea views. It is conveniently located 2 minutes from the center and the port, and 15 minutes walk from the calanques. Everything was perfect: the owners are very nice, everything is clear and easy. We had a pleasant stay and we'll be back with pleasure. Thanks for everything!
