Make some memories in this unique and family-friendly home. Beautifully decorated guest annex, 60 sqm. with lots of soul and charm. private terrace , as well as large lovely garden with pavilion where it is possible to sleep under the open sky. In the annex there is a double bed 160 cm. As well as an alcove with 1 bed 140 cm. the annex is a large room with nice bathroom with shower and washing machine. It is decorated in cozy French country style. There is a kitchen with a combination oven, fridge, hot plates, electric kettle and ice cube machine.

The house is close to Mossø, and it is possible to launch, boat, canoe, kayak or the like at a country house about 250 meters away. Canoe available. The summerhouse is located in the middle of the Jewish highlands with a huge selection of nature experiences on land or in water. 20 minutes walk from the house the train stops in Alken towards Aarhus or Ry/Silkeborg. Great starting point for all types of holiday in Østjylland.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Cozy guesthouse 200 meters from beach and forest.

A few hundred meters from the water, this charming mini house is located in an attractive area. After two minutes on foot, you stand with your toes in the warm sand of the beach. In the area you will find forest and after a little walk you will come to Kaløvig Marina. There is a bus connection to Aarhus twice an hour. The house contains a simple kitchen, one bathroom and spacious bedroom with the possibility of preparation for two smaller children.

Jeg lejer mit lille hyggelige hjem ud. 5 sovepladser. Evt mulighed for at bruge fold-ud madras i stuen eller sofasofa i udestuen. Enderækkehuset ligger i et roligt kvarter tæt på stisystemer, indkøb, bus/Letbanen (direkte ind til Århus), legeplads og kort afstand til skov og natur. Jeg har ind i mellem mulighed for at udleje boligen flere dage end de angivne datoer i kalenderen, så spørg endelig hvis der er behov for flere dage.

Family or work peace close to skejby, uni and city

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Or use it as a home if you are visiting the university or Skejby hospital both of which is really close by. The house is in 3 levels. Top level has two bedrooms and 1/2 bath. First level has kitchen and living rooms and a nice small terrace. The basement has its own entrance with full bath, bedroom and small office. There is a nice big yard and a carport.
