My stay here was really enjoyable. It's close enough to the park that you can get there in about 10 minutes on foot, but far enough to avoid the noise. The neighborhood is walkable, with all the essentials within reach. The security was very helpful and friendly and the service was excellent whenever needed. The hosts would respond quickly and were there if there were any questions, they were nice. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, cups, forks, and more, making it perfect for anyone staying a week and wanting to cook. The bed was spacious enough for two people, and there was also a portable fan that worked perfectly. The bathroom was nice, and there was hot water. The neighborhood felt local and safe. The elevator was a little scary but that’s the only thing I could complain about. We’re on the third floor and we would prefer the stairs often it was right next to the apartment.

We spent 3 months in this apartment, it was really good, the caretakers are very nice and helpful. Claudia is very responsive. The apartment is close to Estrella metro 5 minute walk, and 5 minute walk to a shopping mall.

Everything is perfect! From the building to the host, it feels like home. Amazing

Miriam's house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation in eastern Antioquia. For us, the most special thing was being able to enjoy the garden, its flowers and its birds in that wonderful climate where the sun and the breeze are never lacking. We were lucky enough to enjoy the avocado harvest that fell by itself from the tree and we found them every morning almost ready to eat. We also enjoyed the mandarin oranges and sweet guavas. Having breakfast in the garden while listening to the stream's running water is lovely. The house is very well located in a quiet but well-connected place and with a good road. It is close to Llanogrande, La Ceja and San Antonio de Pereira. There are good supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. If we had the chance, we'd go back without thinking twice!

This may sound cliche, but! Our stay here was everything! Location: central to everything. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. The house itself: We were just so at home here. So much thought went into this home - the layout, the decor (BEAUTIFUL cultural artwork and woodwork), the amenities, the extra considerations. Looking out at the backyard - the essence of peace! Staff: lovely, very kind and thoughtful - host, staff, everyone. Very communicative and easy to communicate with. It's only been a few days, and we miss it already.

stayed at Edwin's house for a month, loved it! very safe area, dead end street. everything is walkable distance. the mall is 5 blocks away

The house was beautiful, even better in person. It terms of layout, it has 3 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs. The bedrooms have mostly queen size beds and 1 main bedroom has a king size mattress and very comfortable. Some of the accommodation was in sofa beds. It sleeps 8 people comfortably and 4 adults or children in sofa beds. The house is very well located, very safe place. Be mindful of having your own car if you need to walk to the town as the house is up the hill, unless you are an avid walker/runner you can do it. We stayed most of the time at the house because the views were so breathtaking, we didn’t want to leave. The host and the person in charge were very responsive and helped us with any questions we had. We had a great time at Adriana’s house. Thank you

Best Airbnb in Colombia! My husband is from Medellin and this area is absolutely prestine! The home was incredibly clean and John the host was there to help with anything you needed. Incredibly kind and helpful and a great guide to the city if you are unfamiliar. The home was gorgeous! The furnishings.. the art.. incredible. Additionally, very comfortable and the house included anything you may need and more! You felt safe, taken care of, and close to anything Medellin proper you want to do! There’s a fabulous tienda (store) on site if you have a late arrival or just forget anything essential or simply something you just want.. snacks… beer.. food. Absolutely perfect location- 15 minutes at most from anything you want Medellin! I would recommend this property to everyone from business colleagues to friends to family. Spanish/English speaking for those that could use a little help in español. Fantastic price for what you get! I could not sing this property or host praises more!!!

I was very impressed with everything. The attention to detail inside of the flat was amazing coffee a couple of snacks, water balcony everything was in good order very nice. TV had Netflix already ready to go?

Steve is an amazing host. Super responsive, attentive and personable. He was very flexible with the check-in/check-out time due to some unforeseen changes in our travel itinerary. The apartment is fantastic! Has everything you need and the view is spectacular. It never got old. The neighborhood is incredible. Walking distance to train, park, mall, and lots of food options. And it was great having a grocery store across the street. It was also nice that the apt is a short train ride to other neighborhoods, which made exploring super easy. Sabaneta is a fantastic neighborhood. We will be back soon!

The place is very quiet, suitable for families with children and with amenities for your enjoyment. There are restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy close to the residential. I liked that in addition to the recommendations of the co-hosts they also have in the refrigerator many recommendations for homes.

I had a great stay; everything was perfect. I will come back soon.

This Airbnb was so worth it! We wanted a more peaceful stay without being too far from the parque Sabaneta and that’s exactly what we found in this Airbnb. The walk can be a challenging since it is on hills. But we don’t mind that. Although the cafe at the restaurant was not open during our stay, we did find this amazing cafe down the road called Ozzy. The apartment was clean and Melissa was very welcoming and helpful. She responded quickly to any questions.

Very nice space, check in flexible and comfortable since it is by key, they gave us a welcome basket, they recommended a parking lot, they responded quickly, the jacuzzi worked well and the water heater also, the internet on the TV was fast and there was Netflix, we were able to turn on the baffle but not to connect it to Spotify however the music that sounded was good, the bathroom is beautiful, very large, in the room there is no outside noise, on the terrace you can see people go through but there is privacy, it is a fourth floor. Highly recommended, we had a ceramic experience in Terra ceramica and walked away.
