It has everything you might need, from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. Stonehaven itself is a relaxing spot, and great for families. The beach is just a short walk away, and there are fun kid-friendly activities nearby, like visiting local farms and exploring the castle. A great base to unwind and enjoy the area.

We really enjoyed The Burnside Apartment. It was modern, clean and very cosy with the log burner. It served as a good base for sightseeing in the area. We had absolutely everything we needed including farm fresh eggs supplied by the Hosts. There was a good supply of kitchen and bathroom essentials to see us through our stay. The Hosts were very attentive and responsive to any needs. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Ike was a very responsive host. Also very accommodating with my early arrival.

The flat once we were inside was lovely. View over the harbour was pleasant. It was great to be able to relax in a comfortable environment and watch great TV. The wi-fi was excellent.

Emma is a wonderful host, taking the time to meet us and check we were all settled okay. Ahead of our visit Emma responded very quickly with some suggestions for local restaurants. The Quayside and the Harbour Inn were great suggestions - thank you. The location is just perfect and we enjoyed our coastal walks. We had a wonderful break Emma thank you so much, and we hope to have the opportunity to come back again :-)

My visit was to see my dad who is terminally ill this house gave me and my family peace and quiet not too far from my dad so we can all visit and still have a beautiful holiday

Our family had a wonderful few days in Collieston - this house had everything! Space, charm, character and the most incredible view from every room. My two children (3 & 7) also loved it and Fiona and John thought of everything we might need. We hope to be back again!

We were looking for a chilled break which also met our dog’s needs. The cottage is in a spectacular location, facing the sea with the coastal path right at the bottom of the garden. You do need a car to access this property which sits at the end of a single track lane, adjacent to the A92. The cottage was spotlessly clean, homely and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. We were very lucky with the weather and were able to enjoy the enclosed garden area. The coastal path walk to Johnshaven is very pretty and only takes around 30-40 minutes where there is a pub/restaurant serving great food, excellent cafe..”Hidden treasures” and a lovely gift shop, the Starfish Studio, as well as the harbour. Claire gave us some very useful advice about other dog friendly eating venues around the area including Charlton Farm and Picsnax at St Cyrus nature reserve/beach. St Cyrus beach is stunning and is a must visit. We plan to return soon ..so much to see!

Roomy, clean home within easy access to groceries. Limited restaurant selection due to closings in the area. Great location for visiting family nearby. Ideal for walking along the shore.

Katie’s place was wonderful. Ian actually welcomed us as Katie was out of town. Ian was kind and very accommodating. The doggos were super sweet too. The property was in a nice country setting and the perfect place to stay and rest and recharge while exploring Scotland.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dean’s place. It was clean, warm and welcoming with everything that we needed. The location was perfect for us to enjoy walks up to the coffee shop and spot dolphins to relaxing in the hot tub watching the sunset. We visited The Silver Darling restaurant as Dean recommended and the food was excellent. The perfect weekend escape by the sea.

Had a wonderful weekend at collieston beach, the weather was amazing! The house being on the beach front exceeded expectations. The house was larger than expected as pictures don't do the place justice. Carol was great at communicating through out and even sent over a load of towels for us. Thanks for letting us stay.

Beautiful lodge, perfect for a quiet holiday. Bit hard to find in dark but fine in the daytime. Sarah was so helpful, would definitely stay again!

Fantastic flat, location is quiet but still very central, parking on street very easy. Everything you need is in the flat, shops nearby and Stonehaven is lovely. Jackie helped with a couple of queries during the stay and was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed a couple nights in the apartment. It is a beautiful place, tastefully decorated and quiet but only a minute away from Union street. The beds are so comfortable and kitchen has everything you could need. Nice bathroom with toiletries available. will definitely stay again on my next visit to Aberdeen.

This little apartment was just what we needed for a restful weekend away by the sea. The views were lovely and a short walk away is a beautiful little harbour. Dean communicated clearly and responded quickly to any queries, and gave us so many good recommendations. We went to the Tolbooth Seafood restaurant for dinner and loved it, and spent the day at Dunnottar Castle and the Fowlesheugh Cliffs, seeing puffins and thousands of birds. It was what we came here for and more. I’d recommend to anybody and we feel like the air bnb was great value for money. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This was perhaps the most welcoming, functional, and well appointed Airbnb places we’ve stayed. It is a pleasure recommending it.

Very nice place made with taste. Top floor - 5th - gives you an overwier on the port with many ships going in and out on daily basis. Very close to City Centre. Parking with a designated place under the building. So all and even more included for our stay there. It was next segment of our walk aroung UK. We walked over 200km in 7 days and it was always a pleasure to come back to the apartment to have a rest and prepare for next day hike.

Great stay- would stay here again.
