The best views over the bay

Independent apartment studio 5 minutes away from the beach. Excellent views over the Bay of San Sebastian, lots of light, 5 windows, all exterior and new; work/eat/cooking area/, kitchen utensils, full bathroom with large shower; large double sofa bed of 1.50x2.00, continental breakfast, Wifi, TV. We are in a quiet and very safe residential area a few minutes from downtown walking around the Bay or by bus. Free paid parking on the same street.

WE ARE BACK! El Apartamento Boulevard hará de tu estancia algo inolvidable. Situado en un lugar inmejorable, frente a la parte vieja y la playa de La Concha, en pleno boulevard Donostiarra. Great apartment, in quiet area, near the beach. It has a particular garden area, where you can park two cars. It has a large terrace. It's on the second floor with no elevator. It is not rented to groups of friends under 25 years old. In high season, the minimum stay is 6 nights. REATE # ESS01011
