Cute bungalow in holiday valley

In our beautiful bungalow with a total area of 117 sq.m. you can spend a wonderful vacation with friends or family enjoying the silence and sunsets on the large terrace. The bungalow has 3 bedrooms for a full vacation for 5 adults, there is also a sofa sofa. The house was renovated in 2023. To get to the bungalow or go to the pool, you need to go up the stairs, this can be a problem for strollers with children, as well as for people with disabilities. I also recommend renting a car.

The wooden cabin is located in a private property devoted to farming. It´s surrounded by vineyards, olives, horses, ponys... If you love the countryside, to relax, do sport or hike in a calm environment and be in contact with nature, observe the native flora and fauna... Although you are in the countryside, all the services and leisure places are very near by car: the commercial area, airport. La Tejita beach, El Médano, Playa de Las Américas, Los Cristianos, some golf courses...

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: To get to the Estate where the accommodation is located you will have to go through a STEEP and RUSTIC SLOPE of about 100 meters. Therefore, we suggest having a car of a certain power as this type of road is common on the Island.
